Provin's investment management team is comprised
of 6 investment professionals and three support staff. In
addition an independent affiliate has been retained to render
client service functions. Upon qualification as an investor
by Provin resumes of all staff members are available and Provin
personnel is available for interviews by potential and existing
clients.
Our Research Department is comprised of
three investment professionals who have extensive experience
in the investment arena. Their background and diligent work
ethic provides an excellent basis for the implementation of
Provin's investment strategy on the portfolio. The Research
department is responsible to provide selections of investment
opportunities to Senior Management, which
then decides which proposed idea best fits into the portfolio.
One of the three research staff is also specialized in identifying
hedging techniques and this Hedging Specialist
has an integral role in the portfolio's risk management.
The Risk Management as explained in
detail in other sections on this site and in other informational
materials available to qualified investors is a combined effort
between PROVIN's hedging specialist and senior management.
The fund generally does not engage into transactions that
cannot be properly hedged.

Our Trading
Department is headed by one senior trader who is
supported by two trading assistants. The trader oversees all
placed order and their execution. The reconciliation of trades
is done by a third independent back office professional.
The Back Office functions for the fund are handled partially
internally and partially externally through our administrator.
Provin's internal Back Office handles the
reconciliation of trades with brokers, position reconciliation
and the communication with the administrator relating to investors
inquiries as well as other secretarial functions. The external
back office is handled by Provin's administrator, which performs
services pursuant to the services agreement between the fund
and the administrator. This includes communication with investors,
the calculation of the NAV, and communication with the fund's
prime broker.
All other inquiries by investors, including transparency
related questions are performed by an independent Client
Service affiliate. This service team visits investors
and arranges meetings and conference calls with the fund's
management.
