Acknowledging increased
demand for transparency among private and institutional investors,
Provin is providing a wide range of reports and generally
open access to investors who wish to conduct thorough due
diligence.
Reporting Practices
As outlined more specifically in our Report Section on this
site, investors have access to daily, weekly and monthly reports
detailing performance and positions in the portfolio.
Quarterly Audits
Our auditor provides quarterly audits of the fund's financial
reports issued by the administrator. Moreover, the auditor
verifies each position held in the fund with the custodian
of record. A reconciliation of the fund's positions and investment
style with the strategy explained in the Private Offering
Memorandum is conducted by the auditor as well.
Asset Confirmation
Both the administrator and the auditor conduct independent
verification of the fund's assets. The administrator downloads
the information directly from the custodian as does the auditor.
Pricing of securities and other positions is verified independently
and then reconciled with the information provided by the custodian.

Weekly Newsletter
Provin issues a weekly newsletter every Monday of the week.
The newsletter highlights investment opportunities the investment
manager has identified. In addition, the newsletter talks
about the stance of the overall market and evaluates specific
sectors in the market as well as economic and technical market
indicators.
Daily/Weekly Performance Numbers
Daily and weekly reports update investors about the fund's
performance, the long and short exposure of the fund and the
leverage deployed.
Transparent Strategy
The fund's investment strategy, the positions held by the
fund, the selection process and hedging techniques are
made transparent to investors to the fullest extent. Only
information that may jeopardize the economic success of the
fund and affect performance is not shared. This relates primarily
to some of the proprietary indicators which disclosure would
adversely affect shareholders' interests..
